Grant Thornton has announced the appointment of a new member firm in Zimbabwe. Headquartered in Harare, Grant Thornton Zimbabwe, formerly Camelsa, is in the country's top three mid tier accounting firms and is a well-known and respected firm.
The firm offers audit, tax and advisory services under the leadership of its managing partner, Reggie Saruchera. The firm will join the Grant Thornton Sub-Saharan African Regional Council, which includes representatives from all member firms in the region including Botswana, Guinea, Kenya, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Uganda and Zambia, as well as South Africa.
